Welcome to Reaching Campus! This site, run by Campus Renewal Ministries (CRM), is meant to stimulate dialogue around the topics of unity, prayer, and missional communities on college campuses. Since 1997, CRM has helped students and ministers see their campus as one mission field and develop specific strategies to reach every student with the gospel.
We have created many resources that have helped campus ministries develop these strategies, and we hope that this site will be a great resources as well. We hope it will stimulate great conversation that God will use to develop better thinkers and leaders in campus ministry. Let’s learn from one another!
CRM Vision
“We forge partnerships in prayer to build missional communities that transform campuses with the gospel of Jesus Christ.” We believe that campus ministries can reach every student group on their campus and experience measurable transformation when they strategically work together to mobilize their students in prayer and mission.
CRM Strategies
- Partnerships – “Campus ministry leaders praying together weekly in order to grow in relationship and to partner in mission for the transformation of their campus.” Ministry leaders should be in relationships with one another, because we share the same mission field. To reach the campus, we need to pray together and seek God for His plans to reach the campus.
- Prayer Movements – “Mobilizing campus ministers and students to seek God for the transformation of the campus through fasting and prayer.” Prayer always precedes revival, because prayer transforms us. To reach the campus, we need to partner together to build a campus-wide prayer movement.
- Missional Communities – “Groups of students united in prayer and mission to demonstrate and to declare the gospel of Jesus and to make disciples from within a specific people group on campus.” Our mission is to share the gospel, because the gospel transforms lives. To reach the campus, we need to partner together to build a campus-wide missionary movement.
